We specialize in HVAC services such as heating, ventilation and AC replacements and maintenance. ABOUT ROLE: We are looking for skilled individuals to join our team as an HVAC Technician. The responsibilities of the HVAC Technician include performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, and repairing machinery. RESPOSIBILITIES: • Removal and installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems • Performing routine maintenance • Repairing roof units for heating and air conditioning as well as the units inside residential and commercial buildings • Respond to and resolve complaints and problems. • Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation • Cleaning and replacing air ducts • Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing and electrical systems • Ensuring all HVAC systems remain compliant with industry standards and regulations. • Training junior team members • Communicating with clients and customers • Meeting local HVAC code • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams • Running pipe and duct systems through homes • Understanding of refrigeration cycles • Interpretation of technical data, such as pressure and temperature CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma/GED required • Proper certification (HVAC or EPA) or equivalent experience • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds • Reliable and professional with proven track record of good attendance • Reliable transportation, bilingual and no schedule restrains
