Help Needed to Pack Up Home

I need assistance packing up a home. Some items (dishes, linens, etc) will be boxed up for relocation. Some furniture (sofa, loveseat, and chair) and other small items will be discarded. Some items (dressers, beds, chairs, bookshelves) will be moved to another area of the house. This is not a large job. The estimated time to complete this job is approximately 4 hours. I would like to have a minimum of 2 people to assist. A truck with a trailer to take items to the dump would be a plus, but not required. Please respond with your Proposal and if you have a truck/trailer.
