Back End Logistics is looking for reliable, physically fit, and enthusiastic people to join our Delivery Team in the Spokane, WA area. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. The Delivery Team will work alongside other members of the Back End Logistics team to ensure complete, accurate and on-time deliveries to the company’s customers. Delivery Teams will represent the company in a highly professional, safe, and effective manner at all times. This position interfaces with consumers regularly therefore professional attitudes and behavior are critical. What’s in it for you: Drivers earn a flat rate of $150.00 per day plus an extra.50 cents per stop commission Helper earn a flat rate of $120.00 per day plus an extra.50 cents per stop commission Potential for customers tips 5-6 work days a week Uniforms provided by company All tools and equipment supplied by company $500.00 Sign On Bonus, Paid In Full with 90 Days Of Employment What you'll do: Drive a box truck in Spokane and the surrounding area Work with a delivery partner in 2-person teams to deliver and instal a variety of appliances, furniture or mattresses into the homes and businesses of our amazing customers Safely load and unload merchandise from our warehouse into the delivery vehicle Lift and move appliances, furniture or mattresses into residential locations safely and with care Unpack and connect/assemble the merchandise Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Provide professional and friendly customer engagement and communication Follow routes and time schedules Work with the warehouse associate as required at load out in the morning Maintain appearance of delivery truck by daily cleaning of the inside of the truck Customer Service Focus: Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints Meet and exceed demanding standards as we work to go beyond our customers’ expectations Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Communicate in a timely and professional manner with other team members, Dispatcher and Supervisors Requirements: 2+ years of professional box truck driving experience 1+ years of experience in customer service (last mile deliveries) Must have a valid state driver’s license and have a clean driving record for the last three years Must be physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 120 pounds; delivering appliances is challenging work and we don't want you to hurt yourself Reliable, flexible schedule, and have the ability to meet the demands of the business with a positive attitude Ability to work independently or with little supervision Must be able to pass a pre-employment fit-for-duty physical, a DOT drug test, and physical exam Must be able to pass a background check Excellent English communication skills Open availability with schedule EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN APPLIANCE AND FURNITURE DELIVERY, TRAINING NOT PROVIDED.
