Bridgeville Appliance is looking for a Delivery/Install Associate to deliver and install refrigerators, freezers, (freestanding and built in) and other home appliances such as washers and dryers, gas and electronic stoves, in the customers’ homes. Delivery of an exceptional customer service experience is a must.
Responsibilities include:
*Deliver new product, move/remove old appliances. Disconnect and reconnect appliances in customers’ homes to
ensure all appliances are properly installed, including gas and water lines.
*Protect the customer’s home while working. Cleaning work area of all debris.
*Operate vehicle safely at all times and perform daily vehicle safety checks.
*Keep daily inventory record of supplies/accessories needed for installations.
*Follow all company’s procedures and protocols, maintain professional appearance.
*Cooperate with sales and service departments to share information across the organization.
*Build positive relationships with customers to deliver excellent customer satisfaction!
