Duties:
1. Responsible to Assistant Director
2. Responsible for inspection and maintenance of equipment and vehicles on a regularly scheduled basis.
3. Responsible for assuring that the facility is safe, clean and compliant with Childcare Licensure, City Codes and other contract requirements.
4. Responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
5. Assist with supervision of facility, vehicles and grounds maintenance staff and vendors (such as exterminator, janitorial, grounds keeping, etc.)
6. Assist with organizing and prioritizing needs of facility and vehicles.
7. Assist with set up of facility for events and regular activities
