Looking For Emotional Support Dog

I'm looking for an emotional support dog. Preferably a puppy and small breed; chihuahua, miniature poodle, Maltese, yorkie, cocker spaniel, or even a small mixed breed. I will need to be able to get it certified, as it will travel with me. I also want him/her to have a clean bill of health, so I will be taking it to my personal vet to be sure. I would appreciate a little to none rehoming fee, but will be willing to pay a small one if necessary.
