What we are looking for… HE Consulting is seeking a Gate Attendant to: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greets and assists visitors in a courteous, friendly manner, both in person and on the telephone • Ensures customers and tenants come and go in proper fashion • Ensures all vehicles are provided knowledge of rules and regulations • Ensures appropriate fees are collected • Handles emergencies proficiently (directs emergency vehicles and keeps traffic lanes open for such vehicles) • Communicates with supervisor and/or maintenance staff for parking, maintenance or safety issues • Adheres to Company dress code while on duty • Be a friendly and helpful resource for visitors • Other duties as needed • Speaking Spanish and Chinese is a bonus QUALIFICATIONS: Required: • Must be at least 18 years old • Basic math aptitude • Genuine concern for guests’ experience and willingness to talk to people • Able to work unsupervised • Able to work in varying weather conditions • Reliable transportation - Spanish Speaking is a must Pay: $14.00 per hour Monday through Friday - Benefits:- 401k - Health Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: This job is outdoors on a farm, you will be social distanced.
