Job Description: Looking for individuals interested in installing solar modules on a large commercial roof. The job will involve moving of solar racking, modules, and electrical equipment around the roof. The installer will assemble the metal racking and install the solar modules. Workers will be trained in proper installation and wiring methods. This is a contract job but we hope to hire full time employees based on job performance Duties and Responsibilities: • Lifting and placing 60 lbs solar modules • Lifting and installation of paver blocks • Installation of solar wires • Constructing safety barriers • Constructing ramps and walkways • Working as a team to move heavy pallets across a large roof. Required Skills: • 1 year construction experience • Experience using basic hand tools. • Experience with making precise measurements. • Experience in solar installation a plus Job Details: • This is a contract position expected to last 3 months • Full time 40 hour weeks • Work will be from Mon to Fri with 8 hour shifts • Employees are paid weekly • All work will be at the same job location each day in Fremont
