Not involved with any law enforcement. implementing new guidelines that all will have to abide too. We learn by experience and usually by a person finding a loophole to gain personally and financially through lying. Now with the new loophole we will cut down on having our precious resources taken away from our more deserving people. On the other hand It will also help addicts gain addtl rewards for being honest.
