Day (s): Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Time: 9:30am - 12:30pm Location: University Village Other: Contractual SCOPE OF WORK (Retail Before Opening) 1. Metal is to be cleaned and polished including all metal fixtures and poles where the clothing hangs from. 2. Clean and disinfect all bathrooms; replenish all paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers every visit. 3. Thoroughly clean the entrance to the store and clean the fingerprints on the doors each visit. 4. Clean all vents and ledges (rotationally so complete store done within the month). 5. Clean all interior glass every visit. 6. Dust all areas where the merchandise is located a stepping stool may be used if needed. 7. All walls poles, glass doors, electrical switch plates and fire well doors will be spot cleaned each visit if applicable. 8. Trash receptacles will be emptied and re-lined as necessary. 9. Staircases will be cleaned if applicable. 10. Elevator and escalator will be cleaned if applicable. 11. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all drinking fountains. 12. The janitorial room will be cleaned kept in an orderly fashion. 13. Make sure all back areas stockroom floors are completely cleaned. 14. Make sure the break room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected along with the microwave and refrigerator (monthly). 15. Sweep and spot clean all stage areas (mop of needed), sweep and mop all backstage areas 16. Comply with all HOS (head of store) or MOD (manager on duty) cleaning request as they arise
