COVID-19 TESTING Senator Ram Villivalam, Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, State Representative Mark Kalish, Commissioner Larry Suffredin, & Alderman Debra Silverstein are collaborating with the JCC Chicago & Northshore Clinical Labs to provide simple swab nasal Covid-19 testing. Open to everyone, no insurance is required, and no out-of-pocket cost. Insured persons must bring their insurance cards. Residents without insurance will need a state-issued photo ID. We bill insurance for each test, for uninsured individuals we are reimbursed from the state. There are no co-pays & no out-of-pocket cost to any individual.
