Job Title: Marina Boat Dealer Yard Technician. Job Description: Applicant must have proficiency and training in all aspects of yard service, including but not limited to: - Offloading and blocking vessels. - Pressure cleaning and scrapping boat bottoms. - Prepping and painting boat bottoms. - Prepping and painting engine bracket(s) and lower units with anti-fouling. - Compounding and waxing vessels. - Trailering vessel(s) from and to drop-off points. - Assist with shop repairs and parts room service as needed. - Assist with other duties as needed. - Track maintenance of vehicles. - Forklift driving and training. - Taking classes or courses as needed to advance your training. - Inventory control of the materials used for your job description. - Keeping you work area and tools clean and presentably daily. Pay and Benefits: - Hourly wage appropriate for experience and training. - Paid Holidays after 90 day trial period. - Paid vacation after one (1) years continuous employment. - Paid training available. - Initial 90 day and annual reviews.
