COMPANY DESCRIPTION: We offer some of the BEST boat rentals kayaks and jetski tours in the Florida Keys. We are nestled in a tropical place known as Robbie's Marina. Explore two state parks -- Indian Key & Lignumvitae Key. Observe mangrove Eco-systems, island exploration & snorkeling in the turquoise waters of Islamorada. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are willing to train the right person 1. Ensure excellent customer service for each customer from beginning to end of their rental or shopping experience. Must be able to work part-time or full time and work weekends. The right employee will have prior sales experience. 2. Assist leading chart orientation - help prepare and setup boats and gear - assist customers with instruction and gear - assist with presentation on local history and the environment - clean up boats and gear, follow up with paperwork 3. Stock merchandise and fold t shirts REQUIREMENTS: - Must be able to work part-time or full time 8:30 to 6:30 - Must have customer service skills and an outgoing personality - Must be able to operate a cash register - Must understand Florida Bay waterway charts and follow safety procedures - Must be able to communicate well with others & enjoy working with people - Ability to work on weekends and holidays! - Must be living in the Keys and have transportation ~ - Must have water sports knowledge - Should already live in the Florida Keys ~ Management experience a plus ~ BENEFITS: Free kayak and paddleboard rentals, and boat rentals store discounts and tips.
