Wanted : ARTIST’s studio space for mature, non smoking artist. Situated in Mt Pleasant general area, maybe Peninsula Upper King, West Ashley or close N Chas (Park Circle). Size at least about Living/Dining rooms, (two separate rooms ideal each about 12x15 feet min approx), must be secure(able), have window(s), parking, and with power and bathroom facility (unisex OK). Access ideally pref 24/7. The studio is for painting, drawing, etching/printing, and occasional reference photography. No furnishings required. Can refresh the walls (white) if we really have to, floor covering is not required, but we can cover up any good floor. If necessary can provide heaters, and subject to approval, in-window AC. Max budget $450 per month, depending on size availability, plus power if separately metered. An unfurnished small house would be ideal (in approved location) (If you don't have a space, but you know of one, please tell me. đŸ˜¬)
