Vinyasa style Yoga Class, all Levels Welcome! A 60 minute, all levels Vinyasa style yoga class. We will begin by discussing some common themes of the current zodiac sun sign we are in, before moving on to an invigorating yoga flow, paired to an eclectic playlist, at a beautiful outdoor venue one block from windansea beach in La Jolla. Please wear your mask as you enter until you arrive at your yoga mat, then you can remove it.
