From Confucianism 2000 years ago to Christianity in the 15th - 19th century, we will examine how different religions shaped the way we drink tea and the role of tea and religion in the rise and fall of great empires throughout history. Throughout the historical discussion, we will taste several different teas representing stories in the history of tea and spirituality.
