Job Title: Assistant, Insurance Experience preferred $16 Hour Location: Hemet, CA Schedule: Mon-Wed, 18 HOURS PER WEEK, may extend to additional days/hours Start Date: ASAP, possible Temp to Hire Administrative Assistant required for an insurance office. General office duties and customer service to support the owners. Part time hours, which may extend to additional hours/days. Possible temp to hire opportunity. Job Duties: Answer phones promptly, assist customers and accurately take down information.Record information from customers phoning in to request insurance quotations (training will be given). Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.Assist with processing paperwork, filing, copying, faxing etc.,Accurately enter data into computer system, maintain client records.Other general office duties as directed. Required: Proficient in MS Office Suite, excellent phone manner, strong customer service skills. Prior insurance industry experience a huge plus!
