Found a lost female Siberian husky

Someone's female husky was found by me running around in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot on North Marine Blvd in Jacksonville on Sunday as I was walking in to Infant of Prague Catholic church. I called Onslow animal control they were unable to locate her. I had to leave the dog at Dunkin Donuts because 1. I'm NOT allowed to have pets at my apartment or my landlord will evict me and 2. It's petnapping as in kidnapping a pet that belongs to someone else's pet. She has a collar without a name tag. The owner called Dunkin Donuts by phone and asked if their husky was running around in the restaurant parking lot but manager of Dunkin Donuts said owner expressed no desire to get their dog back. You may call or text me if this husky is yours I do NOT know where she's at but I'm going to walk to Dunkin Donuts on North Marine Blvd and look for her I will try to reunite this dog with the owner if possible but if my efforts fail I will take her to Onslow animal control because this dog whined on Sunday morning around 830am from being soaked with rain and cold
