NEED ELECTRIC BIKE MECHANIC - FOR BRAKES, FIX FLAT , PUT TIRE LINER IN

I recently bought a fat tire electric bike and have had 3 flats so far and so I want to install either a liner or tubeless tires - I am looking for someone who has already done this before to advise & do work. BRAKES : My brakes have been squeaking since I bought the bike from day one. So basically I need someone that is familiar with electric bike brakes and can do a perfect adjustment. I have a bike stand to work on bike but if you have a shop I can bring it in even better. Normal bike shops don't like working on electric bikes I have found out so what I need in this gig is to find someone who has experience putting together electric bikes and fine tuning brakes and gears. If you have never worked on an electric bike don't respond. I am looking for someone who is experienced with electric bikes so I can learn more about my bike & have you do regular maintenance if needed.
