Metes & Bounds Management Company is looking for a part time Maintenance Technician for a 48 unit community. This position is perfect for a retired individual looking for part time work. Very flexible hours 10-12 hours per week depending om workload. Duties include but not limited too:
Apartment turnover maintenance
Boiler knowledge preferred but not required
Minor electrical and plumbing
Responsible for after hours maintenance emergency calls
Wage depends on experience
