We are seeking a highly-killed, service-minded, and detailed-oriented individual to fulfill one of our maintenance technician positions. The job will require servicing 150+ locations throughout San Diego County and working with our maintenance team to make units ready for rent. Our company is growing very quickly and we are in need of someone willing to learn, train and grow within our organization. The willingness to learn and listen are the key traits we are looking for.
Job Description/Requirements:
1. General working knowledge of the following: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general unit turnover, drywall patching, appliance operations, door/window repair, flooring installation, identify leaks/moisture intrusion, and painting.
2. Prior construction/handyman experience.
3. Organize job schedules and daily tasks.
4. Interpret work orders & communicate effectively with tenants and staff.
5. Assist senior maintenance technicians in larger jobs.
6. Valid CA Driver’s License and Insurance.
7. Reliable transportation (preferably a truck)
8. Some weekend availability.
9. Spanish speaking preferred.
10. Must have own tools & truck
