Need electrician to replace bathroom fan and light Wed 2/17

Need an electrician to replace bathroom fan and light to a normal bulb type light. (See photo of what's there now.). Work must be done on Tuesday evening 2/16 after 7:30PM or Wednesday 2/17, almost anytime. This home is used as a nightly rental. Other work available on an as-needed basis, if you're interested. You will need to pick up the bathroom fan at Home Depot on our account, as well as the light. We're assuming there's not an electrical issue and the fan is just broken, but that will need to be checked, just in case. This is a small 5'x6' bathroom with just a toilet and tub/shower. (The sinks are in an outer room.). House is in Smyrna off King Springs Road. Please let us know price and what day/time you're available.
