Good Morning Fellas, Figured i'd waste $7 with a mild informative rant. Lots of you already know me on here or have done business with me in the past. I've Hired a few guys on here for last minute labor and hired a few guys full time. Lol I gotta tell you the vast majority of my experiences haven't been positive. I mean i'm not going to sit her like im a Sinless human because i'm not. But when it comes to moving and my company I take it all very seriously. There are some good movers on here don't get me wrong. But Being a professional mover is something entirely different. Being a pro isn't just showing up loading and unloading a truck. Its customer service, presentation, appearance and respect for these ppl. Safe Moving isn't Just loading a truck with people furniture. Its the padding, the wrapping, the methods and technique. Not to mention how you drive the vehicle. I just want to put it out there that there are lots of guys on here who don't care about any of that. They show up smelling like alcohol, weed, dirty etc. So many of these guys will literally take up a spot for someone else who really needs the money and not show up. I got all the numbers saved don't worry. Really going out here representing people company that way. And that makes it harder for the guys who really need the money and who want to work. I'd really like to understand why anyone would think that people would pay all this money to have guys high in there house smelling like weed moving their furniture. #1 its offensive #2 you don't know who these people are or what positions they hold. It could be law enforcement, politician, who knows! And you don't care because you just get to get your money and skate. It's Hard enough to find moving companies that do good business and i'm one of them. I keep my word and i always pay. I'm one to tell you if you think you are going to come out here and destroy my clients property, be reckless with our equipment you are dead wrong. You'll pay. You should be taking pride in your work not coming out here doing that. I've had a sorry guy on here break a client leg on her nightstand and prop it up and leave. One guy cursed me out called me all kinda b's and p's because someone else beat him to the job. Its clear why some of your scan these gig lists. Because you are unemployable and incapable of full time employment. You too busy drinking and smoking ya life away and don't respect nothing. You been moving 15 years and know everything about moving then come out here trying to run someone else company. Stealing clients, Stealing from clients etc. Sad to say the least. We take pride in what we do over here. Might not be much to anyone else but we've put people through schools, supported this community out our own pockets, and we are always fair and just in our business practice with guys we employ and our clients. But To those of you who put the clients first and those of your who take pride in your work please feel free to reach out. You need a valid Drivers license and your own transportation. You need to be able to not use your phone in a clients home. You need to be responsive to email and text. You need to be able to handle all of your personal business and not let it affect your work. You need to be able to work a full day without feeling the need to get high. You need to be able to have a shave, a haircut and clean clothes. You need not have any violent felony charges or theft. You need to know that box truck is not a race car and to be driven carefully. I post gigs every now and then but am also hiring for full time movers. Our gig pay is $17 plus tips paid once the job is cleared. Our full time pay is $19.50 plus tips (tips paid daily) its paid weekly with a week in the hole and is 1099 so you pay your own taxes. If you are interested in full time...you can't work here and work somewhere else its not going to work for the schedule. If you don't have your own vehicle and drivers license work on that and swing back If you have a honest work ethic and want to make some money and pay your bills. Hit the email with your info. If you are interested in Gig work or full time please mention that. Also understand we will need a copy of your social and ID before you enter anyone's home. I wouldn't send anyone in yours and don't know who they are. If you meet these requirements let's talk. If not i'm afraid we just can't help at the moment. Don't give up your search keep at it.
