The Northeast Health District added 143 new cases of COVID-19, and the rolling average of added cases increased for the first time since Jan. 29.The District added two confirmed COVID-19 deaths—of a 60-year-old in Barrow County and a 61-year-old in Greene County, both without a chronic condition—and the seven-day rolling average of added deaths declined slightly.
