Tax Preparer / Accounting – East Cobb Location Description The ideal candidate will have prior experience preparing individual and business income tax returns as well as general ledger and bookkeeping experience. We are a CPA firm that does financial planning for our clients. Responsibilities Preparation of individual and business income tax returns. We use ProSeries. Perform accounting/bookkeeping including paying bills using QuickBooks. Manage bank accounts and credit cards using electronic download into QuickBooks.QualificationsTax preparation for an accounting firm, (5) years’ experience required Bookkeeping using QuickBooks, (5) years’ experience requiredGeneral ledger accounting, (5) years’ experience required Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and WordStrong communication skillsDetail oriented, trustworthy, analytical, organized, and dedicated Join our team!
