Wind turbine needs repair. Machine is a 15 KW Proven turbine. Must be unbolted, lowered, have the cowls removed and fix problem in turbine then put back up. Have all equipment to manually lower the turbine. Estimate required. $3,000.00 bonus if, after repair, turbine produces 10 or more KWH.
