Hi There We are looking for a small cleaning company or team with experience in hotel or vacation rental cleaning. Preferably with an EIN# and insurance; (many cleaning companies use Thimble or Next Insurance) We manage multiple properties. Currently, we need check in, cleaning, and errands for a 2 bedroom/2bath apartment in West Hollywood. We are looking to hire a cleaning and greeting team who can do ALL three of these duties: 1- Greeter - meet & check in guests 2- Cleaner & Inventory - clean the units & stock inventory 3- Runner - do emergency errands in the unit (when necessary) 1- Greeter - meet & check in guests Make appointments, meet at building, greet, and check in new guests. (regular check in is between 3pm-12am. (Most check ins are around 3-5pm. Some rare ones are 12am-2am for an additional payment to you. 2- Cleaner & Inventory - clean the units & stock inventory Typically 2-3 cleanings a week per unit. Each cleaning takes about 3-4 hours. It is like a hotel. Unit needs to be made to look perfect as per our meticulous checklists. Beds made perfectly. Linens and towels washed with in unit washer/dryer. Pics taken & sent in app before and after cleaning. Cleanings must start shortly after 11am. Must be available 7 days a week. Inventory: You must let us know which items need to be re-ordered in the unit based on our inventory list and app. We will send items to your office or home and you deliver them to the unit on the next cleaning. 3- Errands ($20/hour) *Troubleshoot and solve guest problems in the unit *Running light errands like picking up supplies at the store. *Light handyman duties like clogged toilets *Wifi/Internet Issues *Key/door lockout issues For the immediate emergency errands, you must have a car and be able to be at the property in short notice. Some errands will have a 24 hour advance notice but some will be emergency situations. Hours vary throughout the day. Must have a flexible schedule 7 days a week. EXPERIENCE MUST have experience in professional cleaning. Vacation rental cleaning experience preferred. RELIABILITY is the #1 qualification. If your company is not reliable, can not be reached easily and quickly by phone and email, and do not return texts/calls immediately, this is not for you. PAY: $120 per cleaning & inventory (includes laundry) (2 bedroom) $25 per check in $20/hour for ground manager and miscellaneous errands.
