Our growing Oak Harbor company is in search of Full time or Part time maintenance staff. ****Preferred skills and knowledge include: Plumbing: repair/replace sinks, faucets, toilets, leaks and blockage. Electrical: repair/replace switches, outlets, fixtures and fans Paint/drywall: basic repair, texture, paint. Exterior prep and paint Flooring: laminate and wood floor repair and replacement. Appliances: repair or replace as needed Millwork & doors: basic repair and replacement Roofs/gutters: cleaning and repair as needed Miscellaneous repairs and cleaning as needed. Complete repairs and leave job clean and “tenant ready” ***Applicant must be able to operate with minimal supervision. ***Assure safety standards are followed ***Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents and fellow employees ***Applicant must possess a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record ***Be available for after hours emergency repairs. *****Very Competitive pay depending on experience and benefits***** We are a friendly drug free company and provide Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation and paid holidays.
