We are a third generation family owned company that is the leading distributor nationwide in auto glass! We are currently looking for highly motivated, career focused individuals that are seeking to engage a new opportunity with on the job training. NO experience necessary! Role: To drive a stand up forklift, pick parts from the warehouse locations, and bring them to the staging and inspection area. Additionally, you will support various operations in the busy warehouse as the workflow and priorities of the day require. HOURS: Weekdays M-F, occasional OT as assigned with rotating Saturdays Shift hours: Day 8am-5pm/ 7:30am-4:30am COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: • Competitive wages • Medical/Dental insurance • FSA • Life Insurance • Paid vacations • Paid holidays • Sick Time • 401K options Responsibilities: • Prepare and complete warehouse orders in a timely manner for delivery and pickup-pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship • Receive and process warehouse products • Complete inventory cycle counting • Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits • Operate Mygrant Glass vehicles and equipment safely • Follow all quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations • Receive inventory and sign paperwork upon receipt • Unload inventory from incoming trucks • Verify the customer’s order and invoice – quantity, quality Requirements: • Use modern warehouse practices and methods – iPad and Bluetooth • Be organized and accurate • Use time management skills • Must have the adequate physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift the automotive glass up to 35 pounds with occasional parts weighing up to 75 pounds • Must have a great eye for detail • Must have basic math skills • Must possess the ability to learn RFID for inventory control COMPETENCIES PREFERRED: • Clean driving record • Familiar with using an I-Pad, smart phone, computer or other tablets • Good organizational, time management skills • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Not required but a plus if you have experience with pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, and a current forklift license Job Type: Full-time Wage: Negotiable
