Role: Customer service/warehouse specialist HOURS: Weekdays M-F, occasional OT as assigned with rotating Saturdays Shift hours: Day Shift, with rotating Saturdays. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: • Competitive wages • Medical/Dental insurance • FSA • Life Insurance • Paid vacations • Paid holidays • Sick Time • 401K options Responsibilities: • Prepare and complete warehouse orders in a timely manner for delivery and pickup-pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship • Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process customer returns • Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits • Interact positively with other Mygrant Glass employees • Positively interact with costumers via telephone and in person to provide information and assistance • Demonstrate customer success by being friendly, hardworking, and a problem solver • Show you are a customer service expert • Receive and process warehouse products • Complete inventory cycle counting • Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits • Operate Mygrant Glass vehicles and equipment including reach truck, pallet jack, Raymond picker and forklift safely • Follow all quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations • Receive inventory and sign paperwork upon receipt • Unload inventory from incoming trucks • Verify the customer’s order and invoice – quantity, quality: Qualifications: • Superior telephone and people skills • Superior communication skills • You must be multi – tasking • General knowledge of Microsoft products • Type 30 wpm • Excellent at resolving customer conflict • Willing to learn • Patience • Attentiveness • Use modern warehouse practices and methods – iPad and Bluetooth • Be organized and accurate enter data • Use time management skills • Must have the adequate physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift the automotive glass up to 35 pounds with occasional parts weighing up to 75 pounds • Must have a great eye for detail • Must have basic math skills • Must possess the ability to learn RFID for inventory control COMPETENCIES PREFERRED: • Clean driving record • Familiar with using an I-Pad, smart phone, computer or other tablets • Good organizational, time management skills • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Wage: Negotiable
