Inspired by a childhood grazing on smorgasbords in New England suburbia + european adventures, these kits feature Kat’s signature naturally leavened bread, lacto fermented-veggies, and some delicious spreads. Each Kit Includes:
- 2 sweet buns with candied Buddha hand + maple cranberries
- Naturally leavened rye bread with Lamplighter spent grain
- Pickles! Lacto fermented + vinegar pickled farm veggies
- ½ a wheel Camembert cheese from Bell and Goose (approx 3-4 oz)
- Cultured butter
- Farm eggs pickled with beets + chiles
- And a mixed four pack of Lamplighter beer!
