Apartment Maintenance & Repair Job Description Excellent Opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual new to maintenance & repair industry and/or Technician with property maintenance experience. Residential, commercial, & vacation Property Management company is looking for skilled and motivated individual to join our maintenance department. Requirements of our Maintenance Technician: General Troubleshooting ability required Experience in Plumbing Repair a Plus Experience in light Electrical Repair a Plus Experience and ability in Drywall repair a Plus Experience in Carpentry a Plus Experience in HVAC a Plus++ Experience in Appliance Repair a Plus++ Ability to lift minimum 50lbs without restriction Ability to climb ladder without restriction Valid Drivers License required Must Own basic hand tools and power tools Possess a positive attitude Ability to deliver excellent customer service Ability to work 8:30am - 5:00pm Responsibilities of our Maintenance Technician: Complete Maintenance requests assigned to you by Maintenance supervisor Prepare vacant apartments and houses for move-in at the direction of Maintenance supervisor Assist in other areas of property maintenance as directed by Maintenance supervisor Respond to periodic emergency calls on rotating basis Fast paced environment, the right Property Maintenance & Repair Technician candidate with be comfortable meeting deadlines, and re-prioritizing when needed Benefits: Competitive salary based on level ability and experience Paid Time Off - 3 per calendar year Paid Holidays 8 -10 per year Vacation Time - up to 15 days per year Health Care Plan Reimbursement Learning/Educational Incentives Company Vehicle and/or Mileage Reimbursement 401K Retirement Program with company match Tools & Resources to do your best job Job Type: Full-time
