****Increased Wages**** Warehouse Associates Needed Multiple Shifts Insource Performance Solutions is currently seeking fulltime (non-temporary) associates to join our internal team in Allentown, PA. This state-of-the-art facility is the newest mega site for our growing client. Our core business mode refines, manages and executes labor-intensive processes within our clients' manufacturing and distribution facilities. By aligning our carefully selected associates and performance-based pricing structure with our clients' objectives in mind, Insource is accountable for increasing throughput, improving quality, and reducing cost. As an Insource Performance Associate you are eligible to earn above and beyond your hourly rate based on your personal performance. The harder you work the more money you will make. Duties required but not limited to: Packing, Bottling, Line Cutter (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds) Ability to work in fast pace/production based environment. Positive attitude Willingness to work in a team environment and open to work overtime on an as needed basis. Cross training opportunities throughout the plant Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor. Requirements: Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check Must be able and willing to comply with both Insource and client best practices, policies and procedures Must have the ability to stand and work for entire shift.
