Counselor applications are now OPEN and DUE FEBRUARY 21 at 11:59pm! tiny.cc/applyCK21 If you love working with kids and want to serve families facing cancer, come learn what it’s like to be a counselor for Camp Kesem at MIT! Join us from February 16th - 19th for Crazy Kesem Week! We’ll have four interactive events to showcase counselors, campers, and culture. This is a great chance to learn about our organization, chat with current counselors, and experience what our community is like before applications close on February 21! Crazy Kesem Week Schedule: **Tuesday, Feb. 16th, 7:30 PM: What is CK? Join us for a brief info session followed by conversations with our current counselors! **Wednesday, Feb. 17th, 6:30 PM: Who are the campers? We do it for the kids! Come listen to our counselors tell their best camper stories, from the wholesome to the absolutely hilarious. **Thursday, Feb. 18th, 8:30 PM: Who are the counselors? Satisfy your need for speed with a speed friending event with our counselors! **Friday, Feb. 19th, 8:30 PM: What is camp? Celebrate the end to the first week of class with a Camp Kesem Game Night! *Attendance at Crazy Kesem Week events has no effect on the status of your application. If you can’t make it, please do not worry!* The mission of Camp Kesem at MIT is to serve the kids of cancer patients, as we put on two free weeks of sleepaway camp for a group of over 250 incredible campers. From fundraising over $200K to running all of camp, we do it all. It's been a humbling and rewarding experience for many counselors in the organization.
