Benefits -Competitive Pay Starting at $17-$25 per hour DOE -Paid Time Off & Holiday -Performance Based Bonuses -Wellness Treatments -Clothing Stipend Responsibilities -Learning through on-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including: -Debris Removal and Hauling -Equipment Maintenance and Operation -Properly maintaining and operating tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts) -Implementation of work zone safety procedures Assisting Arborist Climbers and Arborist Crew Leaders working on the ground and aloft -Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties -Responsible for carrying out other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader or designated supervisor Qualifications -A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors -Interest in working outdoors year-round performing manual labor in all weather conditions -A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team -Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, or horticulture experience is preferred but not required -VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE (Class B or A)
