We are rehabbing a 1482 sq. ft. Rancher and are looking for a skilled and experienced framing crew to reframe the main floor and totally frame a newly water-proofed basement. We pay quickly for completed work and there is also the opportunity to work with us on house after house for an on-going income. The Scope of Work is: • Install two 13 ft. support beams in ceiling • Replace pull-down attic stairs • Reframe 2 of 3 existing bedrooms into a Master Suite with new full bath and walk-in closet • Frame basement into family room, 2 bedrooms w/ closets, full bath, laundry room, and 2 utility closets • Replace 4 basement windows This work should take 2-3 men, 3-4 days. Our budget is $2200 for LABOR ONLY. We will provide all lumber, beams, windows, and materials, and you provide your own tools and equipment to do a professional, quality job.
