You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our residents by maintaining the cleanliness and overall curb appeal of the community, including maintenance and landscaping responsibilities.  Duties include but are not limited to the following: Removal of debris around community, amenity and common areas Landscaping and lawn care as-needed Light maintenance Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Cleanliness of common areas Maintain clean and debris free exterior environment Cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare for new occupancy Seasonal duties such as weeds pulling in summer Office Coverage / Leasing Part Time Tuesday through Saturday One time Incentive after 30 days and One Time Incentive after 90 days note: this is not a comprehensive listing of all job duties and responsibilities Apply at www.myfountainplacehome.com  BENEFITS & PERKS: Benefits: Part time employees are eligible for colonial life voluntary plan options and the employee assistance program. 401(k): All (part time and full time) employees are eligible for our generous 401(k) retirement savings plan match benefit, which provides up to possible 4% match after just 90 days of employment.
