Insulate and Interior Panel RV

I have an RV that needs some Interior Work done to it(And perhaps some exterior for the right craftsman/painter) The interior is already completely empty. This RV is basically a "Rectangular BOX". (There are no curves, no set backs, just flat walls and a flat ceiling. There is some 1/4" wood paneling that will need to be removed the walls and the ceiling. (the floor will need to be inspected) and then I need a Quote to: INSULATE THE WALLS AND CEILING INSULATE THE FLOOR PUT 3/4" CDX DOWN OVER THE 1" INSULATION ON THE FLOOR (7 X 20) (140 SF) SCREW 1/4" (POSSIBLY 1/2" PANELING) ON THE WALLS (2 X 20 X 7) (280 SF) SCREW 1/4" PANELING ONTO THE CEILING (7 X 20) (140 SF ) (560 SF TOTAL) I am not looking for a "Piano Builder" but I do want a higher quality job. The joints in the paneling need to be TIGHT The Paneling needs to be glued and screwed to prevent squeaks and bowing. I will purchase all materials and have them delivered to your garage or shop. (I am traveling for the next few months and the RV is presently at a mechanical shop) Please reply with : YOUR EXPERIENCE (THE MORE DETAILS THE BETTER) YOUR LABOR QUOTE ON THE INSULATION THE LABOR QUOTE ON THE PANELING I don't have any pictures I can post presently I will try to get some to send to anyone that gives me a decent quote. This RV will be ready for the interior work sometime in the middle to later part of March. I HATE TO HAVE TO SAY THIS BUT I ILL NOT REPLY TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT PROVIDE THE THREE THINGS I ASKED FOR!
