Trump's Senate Impeachment Trial

It's difficult to believe that there are so many Senators who have disregarded the oath that they signed at the beginning of the Senate Impeachment trial to be fair and impartial jurors. Some of them, as soon as they signed the oath, went into meetings with Trump's attorneys to assist them with preparing their defense of Trump. Fair and impartial indeed! And then we have our two spineless Senators. Both didn't think there was enough evidence to impeach Trump and Ernst also thought that the impeachment wasn't legal since Trump was out of office. The Puke of the Year Award however goes to Senator Ted Cruz. Back in 2016, Trump's favorite nickname for Cruz was Lying Ted. Trump insulted Cruz's wife and put forth the idea that Cruz's father was involved in the JFK assassination. Cruz in turn hurled insults at Trump but now Cruz has his nose so far up Trump's you know what that it's a wonder he can breathe. Senator Lindsey Graham on January 6th after the riots said in reference to Trump that enough is enough but now he's meeting with Trump to help him plan for future political activities. This guy is as two faced as they come! Perhaps at some point in the future all of those Trump loving Senators will do something that Trump doesn't like and then they will again experience his wrath. Hopefully there will be no one around willing to loose their lives protecting them as happened on January 6th.
