The Helen Day Arts Center (HDAC) in Stowe, VT is seeking a part-time cleaner for regular weekly cleanings, twice per week, on evenings and/or weekends. Approximately 2-4 hours per week, increasing to 7-8 when HDAC re-opens to the public. Work includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, taking out trash & recycling, disinfecting common areas, wiping down of surfaces like tables and desks, and cleaning the bathroom and kitchen areas. HDAC will supply cleaning supplies and equipment. This job consists of primarily light work; applicants must be able to spend all or majority of time walking or standing and lift no more than 20 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
