We are looking for: An honest, dependable, team and detail oriented building maintenance person for an upscale apartment complex and commercial property in North Buffalo. Roles will include but are not limited to: - General maintenance repairs in apartments (contractors will be called in for technical repairs above and beyond skillset); - Turnover of apartments between tenant move out and new tenant move in; - General upkeep of building hallways and surrounding grounds; - Shoveling and plowing of areas around the building and by tenant entrances in the winter months (we have plow trucks, salters and snow blowers) People with good transportation and a valid drivers license who can drive. Drug free and legal to work in the USA. Full-time 40 Hours Per Week Monday through Friday. Some OT may be needed in emergencies or bad weather situations Opportunities to grow with the company if this role works out. Serious inquiries only.
