Warehouse Associate (Olathe, KS) Full Time and Part Time Positions Available Mid-State Aerospace Inc. is a premier hose fabricator and full line distributor that has been serving the aerospace industry since 1983. www.midstateaero.com instagram.com/midstateaerospace.inc/ Location: Olathe, KS Status: Full-time Department: Operations Location: Olathe, KS Starting Pay: Depends on experience Hours: 2 shifts Morning starting at 6 am and afternoon begins at 1 pm. Shifts rotate monthly. *Due to COVID-19 Hours may vary. The primary responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate are the day-to-day operational functions of packing, shipping, receiving, pulling, and inspection of goods and assisting in production as needed. The Warehouse Associate must possess an attention for detail in order to provide accurate counts and adherence to exacting delivery instructions and must have the ability to be on time and dependable. Duties and Responsibilities • Maintaining all warehouse inventory and related records. • Responsible for receiving, recording, issuing, and transportation of goods from the warehouse. • Adherence to all safety and storage requirements for the accommodation of all goods and supplies. • Completing all necessary documentation and legal formalities relating to the goods. • Assisting in making inventory reports for evaluations and working under the direction of a supervisor. • Assist with production as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed. • Must have good finger dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Skills and Specifications • Ability to efficiently prioritize storage-related functions. • Ability to take direction, meet targets, and work efficiently under a supervising authority. • Must be detail-oriented and have basic math skills and knowledge of measuring devices. • A motivated worker with the ability to handle delegated tasks autonomously. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Must possess strong leadership skills. Education and Qualifications • High school diploma or a GED. • Minimum of one to two years of experience preferred.
