Opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician and Carpenter

We are a property maintenance and general construction company based in Southeastern Montgomery county and Greater Philadelphia area. We provide services for multiple mental health organizations, assisted living facilities as well as general construction in residential and commercial properties. We have an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician and for an experienced carpenter. We a looking for someone experience in all areas of the carpentry field. Must have knowledge and experience installing doors, windows, cabinets, frame, drywall, capping, ETC. Maintenance Responsibilities- • Minor plumbing • Minor electrical work • Drywall/spackling and painting • Appliance repair • Light HVAC Requirements- • Valid drivers license • High school diploma or equivalent • Trade school and/or experience • Ability to lift 70 pounds or more • A drug screen will be required • Good organizational skills • Good interpersonal skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Please submit resume, cover letter and any professional references through Craigslist post.
