The Warehouse / Delivery Driver position is located in Hatfield, PA. The position includes working in the warehouse as well as making deliveries of all types of flooring and flooring products to various job sites. Job Responsibilities: • Loading and unloading product, whether by hand or use of a forklift • Yard and warehouse maintenance • Receiving, stocking and counting product • Making deliveries to various job sites in PA and NJ • Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned • Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of team, vendors and customers • Communicate openly, honestly and constructively • Treat all employees, vendors and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy • Take responsibility and make an effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems • Ask for information needed to perform job responsibilities, ask others for help and assist others as needed Job Qualifications: • Clean driver’s license • Must be able to drive a flatbed / rack body truck with a gross weight of 24,000lbs • Forklift certification preferred • Must be reliable and punctual • Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral • Physical requirements include frequent lifting of up to 70 lbs. • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling is also required • Must work well with others
