Wanted EXPERIENCED painter to prep and paint ceilings/hallways

Hi NOTE: I can only pay by PayPal or credit card. If you don’t have a way to accept these forms of payment I won’t be able to pay you! I live in a rent stabilized building but the management barely does repairs. I can’t afford to have a nice finished paint job but it badly needs basic repair/plastering of walls and owing to health issues, I can’t prep and paint the ceilings. The main reason I’m hiring is to protect my back and get assistance with the prep work. The painting I can do myself is necessary. It’s essential that you wear a mask the entire time you’re in the apartment. I’ll be in a different part of the apartment with the door closed. I have an N95 mask I’ll wear when we interact. I will respond to people who provide two references (with their phone number—not email address) of people who you have worked for where you specifically did prep work and painting. I will hire you for 4 hours initially and if it goes well I’ll have plenty of work for you. It’s a 950 sq ft apartment and almost every room needs prep and paint which I can pay to do over time.
