READ THIS CAREFULLY! Looking for an intelligent, honest, hardworking person to help with snow blowing and shoveling. MUST BE RELIABLE and WILL COME TO WORK ON TIME and STAY TILL THE WORK IS DONE! THIS INCLUDES WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS IF IT SNOWS (BIG BONUSES)! MUST SHOW UP SOBER! You are paid to SPEED WALK. This is a fast pace job. Must be physically fit and able to move 50-70lb. IF THIS IS NOT YOU, DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AD. It is a plus but not necessary if you are familiar with snow blowers, shoveling, salting, past experience… On-call for AFTER every snowfall ends. Shifts are usually 4-8 hours. If there’s 20” snowfall it can be 15 hours (BIG BONUSES)! - maybe once every other year! Starting at $16.25 per hour (INCLUDES A $1 PER HOUR ATTENDANCE BONUS FOR BE ON TIME!) plus a POSSIBLE $1-$5 per hour bonus for your performance, attendance and weather. The smarter you work, the more you make! Paid on-site at the end of every shift. Seasonal to possible permanent full-time position. We need people full time starting in spring also.
