NEED LONG TERM SITTER!

I'm looking for a sitter close to my area. My son is a special needs 10 year old. He is autistic and has a syndrome but it's very mild. He's pretty easy going. He is mostly non verbal but he can say certain words too. He lets people know what he wants for the most part. He walks and runs. He plays with light up toys. He gets along with other children and he loves animals and music. He's a pretty sweet kid. He's still not potty trained but ABA is working with him. What I need from a sitter -Flexibility -Someone who can pick him up from school and take him to therapy when needed (will throw in extra for gas) -Someone who will give me a NOTICE before quitting and not out of the blue -Someone who understands I'm a single mom and is flexible about pay -Someone in or very close to 80916 (I'm off hancock and milton proby. I will bring him to you) -Someone I can rely on to make sure I get to my shift on time -Someone who will stick around and isn't just looking for temporary work I cant stress enough how important it is to give me a NOTICE before stopping childcare. We all have stress in our life, and my last sitter up and quit when her day got stressful and my son had to be picked up from school in 7 mins and I was in a position where I couldn't leave what I was doing (across the city). Please I need a decent humans help! I need someone who will treat my son like their own. Someone who understands that sometimes I need a break, but I also need to pay my bills. Someone who is OK with diaper changing. Someone who is sympathetic towards special needs, and has patience. (I have noticed kids are drawn to my son and seem to love him a lot!) If you can help me please text/call me ASAP. I need to get back to work before I can no longer pay my bills and I'm in a situation I don't want to be in. I'll work with you if you work with me. I can even trade babysitting. Thank you.
