Good Afternoon, My name is Eduard, I own some units in Jacksonville / Orange Park Florida. I currently live between Jacksonville & New York City. I am currently in New York. I need some work on a unit asap. It is a consistent rental. The Unit is on the Moncrief Park Side of Jacksonville. Please only move forward if you are confident in doing everything included. I can only pay via cash app, and you will need to get materials. I am in New York as I explained. If picked please send pictures of each job completely done. It is also very important to leave the place absolutely clean and ready for the next rental guests. If you do everything perfect I will call you on all future jobs for my Jacksonville Properties. Here are the 4 things that need to be done with pictures attached. French Drain - My driveway keeps getting flooded when it rains. Guests are very upset over this as they do not want to walk over water to get inside. I think a french drain system into the street should fix this, but I am inclined your expert opinion. Replace The Blinds - This is simple. A blinds is broken. Need to buy a new one that matches the others and swap it out. Toilet Paper Holder - We had one there before but a bad handyman twisted it to the point where it was upside down and the cleaning lady could not fix it. It needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Its there but for some reason it doesn’t not work buy and replace. Towel Hanger - We had towel hanger on the wall. It would keep coming down and leaving holes. I want the holes fixed as well as wood behind it so the towel hanger will be very very secure and not movable. Again it is up to your expert opinion. I have the bathroom paint there as well. If this all sounds like something you handle 100% please leave me the following. How much will everything be excluding materials ? How soon can you do everything ? Are you ok with being paid via cash app at the end of the job, and for materials when you are in the store with receipts? Can you provide a picture of your Id?
