Small government, pro 2-A, these are things I support. I have every problem with Trumpism. Enable white nationalists and conspiracy theorists? Fuck you. Reject modern science? Get lost. Still support a guy who tried to overthrow an election and propagated misinformation/failed to act during a pandemic? Someone who doubles down on all his mistakes and fails to learn from them? I want nothing to do with you until you change your tune. You're not getting invited to the family Christmas party. If someone working under me has any of these attitudes, they are gone. You weren't born that way, I'm not being hateful - you choose to be willfully ignorant and I can't have that lack of objectivity and sanity in my life or work. Let's call a spade a spade, Trump is a moron. He would have been social darwined out of existence long ago if not shielded by his insane inherited wealth. Idiot never knew hard work a day in his life. Anyone non-Trumpian will shut up about Trump if you do first. The stop the steal party literally just tried to overthrow the government a month ago to keep their pathetic, idiotic deity in power. As much as I want to forget about that, I won't and can't. These people will go down in history as the enemy of this country, and that's not changing. Me and my more-than-half-the-country won't let people like this in power. Ever. Again. Conservatives, fine. "My bs is as good as your facts" Trumpers? Nope, never. Get lost. And you just replied to someone calling for peace and unity with an angry rant calling THEM the ones with "hatred". The very definition of hypocrisy. Now, you can see, I'm a little more spirited than they. You want us to normalize Insanity. We won't. Social Darwinism as a policy directive is just thinly veiled white nationalism. I know, because I've talked to enough people who share this view to know they just don't want to be outnumbered by black and brown people. A guy a know, who talks just like you, said a decade ago that the problem with abortion is that "white mothers are aborting more than black mothers". After they got called out for that BS, the philosophy is the same, the veil is just a tiny bit thicker. Make citizenship nearly impossible to obtain (I have a friend who got a PhD in Chemistry here in Michigan and was still unable to get citizenship), waste taxpayer money on a wall, refuse to address inner city problems that lead to less functional people (lead in the drinking water, pollution, education). These people are racist, and they are too weak to admit it. They can't handle the backlash so they can only play dumb. The bottom line is that they are terrified of becoming what they hate - a minority. These Trumpers lack to self awareness to understand that it is themselves, in fact, at the bottom of the gene pool. Besides, modern conveniences like natural gas heating an industrial farming make survival modes so cheap that our evolutionary pressures have subsided. The end result of so called "social darwanistic policy" is that people who are struggling, they survive and reproduce just as much, their quality of life and comfort is simply lower. Modern conveniences have made Social Darwinism all but ineffective (even if properly applied, which they wouldn't be with someone like you in charge), and in fewer generations than it would take for the human race to benefit from social darwanistic policies, gene editing technologies like CRISPR will soon make them irrelevant. I don't support your worldview. It's toxic and irrelevant and just serves to punish people you don't like. These people... Trumpers.... They see their grasp on this country slipping away (THANK GOD FOR THAT!), and like America's abusive Ex, they are starting to say "If we can't have her, nobody can!" They will burn this country to the frickin ground if people like me don't stand up to them.
