Description
While getting gas tonight I noticed a man at the pump in front of me. I believe he was alone. I know what he was driving and wearing. We both noticed each other. It was Sunday night between 6pm-7pm on Valentine's Day. I smiled at you but when I finished pumping my gas you were gone. Probably a long shot but you never know.
